We are a Cottage Bakery specializing in cinnamon rolls and fruit kolaches, with a variety of cakes thrown in. We owned a Kolache Bakery in Plano, Texas for over 21 years (Kolache Station Bakery). Our kolaches are the real deal, not the "pig-in-a-blanket" rolls that are called kolaches by certain businesses. During the Farmer's Market season, we sell there and we sell through a "porch pick-up" from our house during the off-season.
